Alcohol free coaching is a supportive, non judgemental process where we explore your relationship with alcohol, identify what’s driving it, and build practical strategies for lasting change. Sessions are guided at your pace, with clear goals and regular check ins along the way.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes. Many people start with weekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted depending on your goals, availability, and the pace that feels right for you.
Coaching is not about having all the answers, it’s about creating space for understanding, reflection, and growth. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, supported, and respected throughout your journey.
Please note, alcohol free coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are physically dependent on alcohol, please speak to your GP or a medical professional first, as alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous.
Payment plans are available if you would prefer to spread the cost of your programme.
