There is something powerful about stepping away from the everyday and into open space. Walk and Talk Coaching combines the proven benefits of being in nature with the depth and focus of one to one alcohol free coaching. Side by side, out in the Peak District, you have the freedom to think, breathe and begin to see your relationship with alcohol in a completely different light.
Sessions take place outdoors on gentle, accessible routes in the Peak District, chosen so we can walk and talk in comfort at your own pace.
Walking side by side, rather than sitting face to face, takes the pressure off. Conversations about alcohol often feel more natural and more honest.
Fresh air, open space and gentle movement lift your mood and clear your head, so you leave each session feeling lighter and more grounded.
This is one to one alcohol free coaching in the open air. The setting is relaxed, but the support is every bit as focused as a room based session.
We meet at an agreed spot in the Peak District. I confirm the route and meeting point beforehand, so all you need to do is turn up as you are.
We set off at an easy, comfortable pace and talk as we go. There is no set script, just honest conversation about alcohol and whatever matters most to you.
You leave with a clearer head, practical next steps and a personalised follow up summary, so the momentum carries on long after the walk.
Walk and Talk coaching gives you the same private, confidential one to one support as my room based sessions, out in the fresh air of the Peak District. You can book a single session to see how it feels, or choose the four session package for ongoing support, with WhatsApp support between sessions Monday to Friday so you are never on your own.
Taking the first step is often the hardest part. A free discovery call is simply a chance for us to talk, with no pressure and no commitment. We will talk about where you are right now, what you are hoping to change, and whether Walk and Talk coaching is the right fit for you.
